Yes, we do. Over the Christmas and Easter holidays is usually our busiest time.

Yes, nearly all our tutoring is done online. The benefits in terms of flexibility and reach are obvious. We can now teach pupils while they are based overseas or on holidays, and our teachers can be more available to help pupils wherever they are based.

We know that applying to a university in the UK is exciting, but it can also be very complex. We are highly experienced at providing university advice in terms of the grades that are required and the different courses that are on offer.
In this journey we provide support with UCAS – including help with the Personal Statement and interview practice. All our teachers graduated from top universities and are subject specialists. We are fully versed in specific entrance processes for top universities including Oxbridge.

We are happy to provide advice about schools. We have a deep knowledge of the British school system especially given that our tutors either teach or have taught in many of the leading schools in England. We are particularly well positioned to advise you on 6Th Form options and support pupils who either want to retake their A Levels at a Sixth Form college or wish to change to a different school after their GCSEs.

The cost per hour is the same as it would be for supplementary home tutoring – see above. The main determinant of the overall cost would be the number of hours required.  For a pupil commencing an A Level subject from scratch, we envisage that they would need in the region of 100-120 hours of one-to-one contact time over the academic year, September to May. And a similar amount of contact time for their second year. For pupils who are retaking, the level of contact time could be considerably less depending on the level they have already reached. Home schooling is likely to be a more flexible and cost-effective option if a pupil already has a good grade such a B or a C and needs to lift it up to an A.

Pupils should not be concerned that their chances of being accepted to a top university would be affected by taking their A Levels outside the mainstream school system. We can help them apply as ‘Independent Candidates’ and support them with their UCAS references, grade predictions and a Personal Statement in the exact same way that they would if they were attending a school.

We provide packages of one-to-one revision courses of 10 to 20 hours with a teacher from a top school which can be booked in advance and delivered over Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

We are particularly well suited to home schooling pupils for A Levels whether they are simply retaking or doing their A Levels for the first time. The tutors we provide will be teachers from a top school or college so there is no risk for the pupil’s family in terms of having someone who knows the syllabus and exam board.  The additional bonus is that the tuition can be provided flexibly to suit the pupil’s timetable and other commitments.

Some families and pupils are concerned that when they decide to home school for their A Levels that there might be some difficulty in finding a centre to take their exams. This is usually not a problem and something we can help to organise.

Yes, we can certainly home-school your child in A Levels if you live outside the UK. What’s more, you will not have to pay 20 per cent VAT.
